This Policy applies to purchases from Frameleaf, Inc. It supplements the Master Terms, Subscription, Billing and Refund Terms, and AI, GPU Processing and AI Credits Terms. It controls any inconsistent standard provision concerning the refundability of unused purchased AI credits. Mandatory legal rights and applicable marketplace rules take precedence.

1. Subscriptions

Subscription purchases and renewals are non-refundable once purchased, except where applicable law requires a refund or the Agreement expressly provides one, including an applicable service-failure or termination remedy. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused subscription time because you change your mind, stop using the service, downgrade, cancel renewal, close your account or request account deletion.

You may cancel future renewal through the subscription controls or by contacting support for a direct purchase. Cancellation normally leaves access available until the end of the paid period. Closing or deleting your account can end access sooner and does not create a refund for unused subscription time. Cancel before the next scheduled renewal to avoid a further charge. Uninstalling an application or unlinking a Library does not cancel a subscription.

We will correct duplicate, unauthorized or incorrectly calculated charges, including a renewal processed despite a timely cancellation. The Agreement’s remedies for non-delivery, discontinuation or a material failure remain available. Statutory withdrawal, defective-service and other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded are unaffected.

2. Unused AI credits

Unused purchased AI credits are refundable on request. We refund the remaining paid value attributable to your purchases, after accounting for eligible usage already charged, earlier refunds and payments already reversed. Free promotional credits and other amounts you did not purchase have no cash refund value.

We do not deduct a Frameleaf administration fee or the original payment-processing fee from your refundable unused purchased value. Applicable taxes are adjusted as required. Currency conversion or charges imposed independently by your bank are outside Frameleaf’s control.

A temporary reservation for an unfinished job is not a final charge. If a job is still running or awaiting settlement, we will determine its legitimate final usage and release any unused reservation before calculating the refund. Credit used for a correctly supplied job is not unused, but remedies for failed processing, duplicate charges or billing errors remain available under the AI Terms.

Canceling a subscription does not itself request a wallet refund. Account closure, account deletion or expiry of a service-use balance does not extinguish your right to request a refund of the corresponding unused purchased value. Contact support if you cannot sign in or the amount no longer appears in the account. We do not impose a separate contractual request deadline for these unused-credit refunds; applicable legal limitation and unclaimed-property rules still apply.

3. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with “Refund request” in the subject, or contact us through frameleaf.app. Include the account email address, the receipt or transaction reference if available, and whether you are requesting a refund of all or part of the unused purchased AI balance or reporting a billing error.

We may verify your authority and reconcile the payment and usage records. Do not send a full card number, card security code, password or encryption key. A refund is subject to verification of the eligible amount, rather than a discretionary exception to our stated policy. We will explain any adjustment or refusal and provide a way to ask us to reconsider it.

4. Payment method and timing

Refunds are normally issued to the original payment method. For direct purchases, we will initiate an approved refund within 14 days after approval, or sooner where law requires. The payment provider and your bank control when the funds appear. We will provide confirmation and assist with a refund that fails or cannot be traced.

An unavailable or closed payment method may require the issuer’s handling or another verified lawful resolution. We do not promise that Stripe can redirect a card refund to a different card or bank account. Once refunded, the corresponding AI credit is removed from service use so the same value cannot be both spent and refunded.

If a payment is already disputed with your bank or marketplace, tell us so we can avoid duplicate reimbursement. A genuine dispute does not forfeit an unrelated refundable balance.

5. App Store and Google Play purchases

Purchases billed by Apple or Google follow that marketplace’s refund and cancellation procedures. Use the marketplace shown on the receipt, and contact Frameleaf if you need help identifying it. Where the marketplace controls the refund, Frameleaf cannot promise to reverse the transaction directly through Stripe. We will assist and honor obligations that remain ours under applicable law and the Agreement.

Deleting your Frameleaf account does not necessarily cancel a store subscription. Cancel it separately through the relevant store’s subscription controls.

6. Contact and consumer rights

Nothing in this Policy excludes mandatory consumer, withdrawal, payment-dispute, prepaid-value or other statutory rights. A required cash refund will not be replaced with promotional credit without your agreement where that would be unlawful.
